Order Packaging & Handling

All products are carefully packed in multiple layers to reach you in their original condition.

Step 01
Primary Layers

Chassis-hugging foam inserts, tamper-proof seals, shrink wrap, retail boxes, and product sleeves. All products are MIL-STD-810H certified to handle tough transit conditions.

Step 02
Secondary Layers

At our warehouse, additional anti-static bubble wrap, cushion layers, and fillers are added for maximum protection.

Step 03
Double Boxing

The retail box is placed inside a larger corrugated cardboard box with 1–3 inches of padding, then sealed with packing tape.

Step 04
Labeling & Marking

Fragile labels and barcodes are added by the shipping company to ensure careful handling and accurate order tracking.

For bulk international shipments, products are double-boxed in reinforced master cartons with foam edge protectors and corner guards, shrink-wrapped, palletised, and sealed with tamper-evident tape.

Domestic (USA only)

Single-unit orders are shipped within the United States via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL Express.

ii) Bulk Orders

International (Worldwide)

Wholesale auction lots are shipped globally through trusted freight and courier services. Our support team will advise on available options and documentation based on your destination.


Order Processing Time

After your order is confirmed and payment received, our team promptly begins processing. Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time depends on destination, trade regulations, customs clearance, and freight type. Our support team will provide an estimate before your order is finalised.

Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or courier delays. During deals and discounts, processing and shipment may take longer than usual.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and chosen courier service. For bulk or auction shipments, freight charges are quoted separately by our team after confirming order details. We provide fair, transparent shipping rates — no hidden fees.


Tracking Your Order

After confirmation, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and order details. Save this number — especially for auction lots — to monitor the full process.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the courier collects your package. If you have trouble viewing updates, contact us at info@globotronix.com.


Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Globotronix cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will notify you and arrange a new shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


International Shipping Details (Bulk Orders)

For wholesale or auction customers outside the USA:

  • We provide customs guidance and export documentation support.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
  • Our team will support you throughout the process to minimise delays and ensure smooth customs clearance.

We recommend reviewing your local import rules and regulations before placing an order.


Damaged or Lost Packages

All shipments are carefully packed and insured through our delivery partners. If your shipment arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact our customer support within 24–48 hours of receiving the package or after the expected delivery date.

Globotronix is not liable for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after an order has been delivered. Please use the product's warranty or your insurance policy for post-delivery damage.
