Eligibility & Registration

To participate, register with a valid email and verify your account. Auctions are intended for resellers, wholesalers, or business organisations seeking bulk tech lots. You must be 18 or older and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.

Globotronix reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration for any specified reason.

How to Participate

Lot Listings & Downloads

Each listing on the Auction page may include Excel files with detailed product descriptions, quantities, starting bid price, and condition — plus instructions for bidding and payment.

Auction Process

Bidding begins at the starting price and remains open until the stated end time, which may be extended at Globotronix's discretion if bids are placed in the final minutes.

By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the lot at the offered amount if you are the successful bidder. Bids are binding and cannot be retracted. The winning bidder is notified via their verified email address.

Payment & Shipping

Full payment must be made within the timeframe specified in the invoice. Once payment is confirmed, an invoice and customs/export documents (if required) will be prepared. Shipping charges depend on the size, quantity, weight, and destination of the lot.

International shipping is available. Buyers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applicable in their country.

Prohibited Behaviour

• Using multiple accounts to manipulate the bidding process
• Artificially inflating bids to manipulate the bidding process
• Providing false information in your registered account
• Giving fake reviews that exploit the auction or Globotronix's reputation
• Using intellectual property (descriptions or images) without written permission

Violations may result in bid cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.

Intellectual Property

All auction materials — lot listings, Excel files, product descriptions, and images — are the intellectual property of Globotronix and may not be used, distributed, or published without written permission. A winning bid does not grant any patent, trademark, or copyright to the lot content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globotronix and its partners are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or purchases made through it.

Policy Updates

Globotronix may update this policy at any time. The revised version will be published with a "last updated" date. Continued use of the platform confirms acceptance of any changes.
