The terms of sale behind every Globotronix purchase.
These Terms govern use of Globotronix.com and purchases from Globotronix LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the applicable product listing and our other policies.
International/export products are AS-IS, Final Sale, and do not receive the standard domestic return policy or Globotronix Limited Warranty unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Purchase Basics
What applies to every U.S. retail order
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the applicable product listing and Globotronix policies, including Returns & Refunds, Warranty, Shipping & Delivery, Product Condition & Grading, Payment & Order, Privacy, and any transaction-specific terms.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to describe products accurately. Product condition, specifications, included accessories, packaging, battery disclosures, warranty information, and other product-specific statements shown on the applicable listing form part of the transaction. Product-specific disclosures take priority over general descriptions where more specific.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Automated confirmation or payment authorization/charge does not necessarily mean final acceptance. Orders remain subject to payment, inventory, pricing, fraud, verification, quantity, shipping, compliance, and other reasonable checks. Globotronix may decline, hold, or cancel before shipment for legitimate lawful business/security/compliance reasons.
PRICING & ERRORS
If a material pricing, inventory, specification, or listing error is identified before shipment, Globotronix may contact you, offer corrected terms, or cancel/refund the affected order to the extent permitted by law.
PRODUCT CONDITION
Products may be New, Open Box, Refurbished, or Used. Customers should review the Product Condition & Grading Guide and product-specific listing before purchase.
DOMESTIC RETURNS & WARRANTY
Eligible domestic U.S. retail products are generally subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy. Eligible Open Box, Refurbished, and Used domestic U.S. retail products receive the 30-Day Globotronix Limited Warranty unless otherwise expressly stated. New products do not receive a Globotronix warranty unless expressly stated and may have manufacturer warranty, if any, under manufacturer terms.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
Manufacturer warranties are independent of Globotronix. Availability, duration, eligibility, transferability, geography, and service depend on manufacturer terms. Globotronix does not administer manufacturer warranty claims unless expressly stated.
SHIPPING
Processing, verification, tracking, signature, delivery, loss/damage procedures, and international shipping are governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy and any transaction-specific documents.
CANCELLATION
Contact Globotronix promptly to request cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing/fulfillment begins. After shipment, the Returns Policy generally governs.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must provide accurate order/payment/shipping information; use the website lawfully; avoid fraud or abuse; comply with purchase limits; remove data/security locks when returning products; and comply with applicable laws relating to their purchase/use/resale/import/export.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Do not commit/facilitate fraud, submit false information, interfere with site security, introduce malicious software, impersonate others, manipulate purchase limits, substitute products/serial numbers, or abuse returns/refunds/disputes/warranty processes.
International, Export & Wholesale
AS-IS, Final Sale after export release
International/export transactions are available only for eligible products, destinations, purchasers, consignees, end users, and end uses, subject to Globotronix approval and applicable U.S. export-control, sanctions, and other laws.
INTERNATIONAL / EXPORT SALES
Carrier or checkout availability does not guarantee Globotronix can accept/export a product to a destination. Globotronix may request purchaser/business/payment/destination/consignee/end-user/end-use/freight-forwarder information and may decline, hold, or cancel a transaction where compliance review is incomplete or risk is unacceptable.
INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTS — AS-IS / FINAL SALE / NO GLOBOTRONIX WARRANTY
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing for a particular transaction, products sold for international shipment/export outside the United States are AS-IS and Final Sale and do not receive the standard domestic return policy or Globotronix Limited Warranty. International buyers should arrange desired inspection/testing before release for export. Subject to approval and logistics, inspection may be by the buyer, representative, freight forwarder, independent inspection company, or another approved representative. Once agreed inspection is completed, or available inspection is declined/waived, and merchandise is released for international shipment/export, no post-export return, exchange, repair, replacement, credit, or Globotronix warranty applies unless expressly agreed in writing. Nothing here eliminates liability for knowing material misrepresentation or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
IMPORT / DESTINATION RESPONSIBILITY
Unless otherwise agreed, international buyers are responsible for destination-country customs, duties, taxes, licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, product suitability, import requirements, and lawful possession/use/resale. This does not transfer Globotronix's independent U.S. legal/export obligations to the buyer.
NO CIRCUMVENTION / DIVERSION
Products may not be purchased, transferred, reexported, diverted, or used in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws. Globotronix may refuse transactions presenting compliance concerns.
WHOLESALE / COMMERCIAL / SOURCING
Wholesale, bulk, reseller, sourcing, and other commercial transactions may be governed by a quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, inventory offer, or other transaction-specific documentation. Where those documents expressly apply, their commercial terms may differ from standard retail terms and control to the extent stated and permitted by law.
PAYMENT FOR WHOLESALE / INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS
Payment must originate from the actual purchaser approved by Globotronix unless a documented legitimate affiliate/agent arrangement is approved. Third-party payments for wholesale, international, or sourcing transactions are not accepted unless expressly approved in writing.
Legal Basics
IP, liability, and governing law
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, branding, graphics, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Globotronix or their respective owners and may not be misused in violation of applicable rights.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features and may correct errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
LIMITATION / NONWAIVABLE RIGHTS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability may be limited as provided by applicable transaction terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer-protection, product-liability, warranty, fraud/misrepresentation, or other rights/liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are generally governed by applicable federal law and the laws of Texas, without eliminating mandatory consumer protections of another jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be waived.
SEVERABILITY
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the extent necessary while the remainder continues where legally possible.
CHANGES
Globotronix may update these Terms prospectively. Changes generally do not retroactively remove rights from completed transactions.

Do these Terms replace the other policies? +
No. These Terms work together with our Returns, Warranty, Shipping, Condition Guide, Payment & Order, and Privacy policies — each one controls its own area in full.
Does submitting an order guarantee it will ship? +
Not automatically. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, and it remains subject to payment authorization, inventory, and verification before final acceptance.
Are international/export purchases covered by the same return policy? +
No. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, international/export products are AS-IS and Final Sale, without the standard domestic return policy or Globotronix warranty.
Are wholesale purchases covered by these Terms? +
A separately negotiated wholesale or commercial agreement controls where one expressly applies, and consumer protections may not apply the same way to resale purchases.
What law governs a dispute with Globotronix? +
Generally Texas and applicable federal law, except where another jurisdiction's consumer protections can't lawfully be waived.
