How We Grade Condition
A
Like-new. Minimal wear, fully functional, complete accessories.
B
Light cosmetic wear. Fully functional, minor scuffs or marks.
C
Heavier wear or cosmetic damage, but fully functional.
New, used, open-box, and refurbished are all fine. Grade it honestly when you send your list — the offer reflects the real condition, not the best-case one. We only buy items that power on and work.

Questions sellers ask
What's the smallest lot you'll buy? +
We buy anywhere from a single pallet to a full truckload. 5 units or 500 units, no problem — send us the count and we'll quote it.
Do you buy items that don't power on? +
No. We only buy functional inventory — non-functional units and for-parts stock aren't a fit, so grade honestly when you list them.
Are you guaranteed to buy our lot? +
No. Every submission is reviewed individually, and we may decline any lot at our discretion — including lots that don't match the category, condition, or volume we're buying at the time.
Can the offer change after you receive the lot? +
Yes. Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after we inspect and verify the actual quantity and condition, and may be adjusted if it doesn't match what was listed.
How is the offer price set? +
Against current wholesale channel pricing for the category, model, and condition grade — not against retail or original purchase price.
Do you handle data-bearing drives? +
Yes. Wiped or unwiped drives are both fine to send; note which in your inventory details so we can price and handle them correctly.
Can we become a regular supplier? +
Yes — select "Regular / ongoing supplier" on the quote form. We'll set up recurring terms and priority turnaround for sellers who can deliver consistent volume.
What if we don't like the offer? +
Walk away, no cost and no obligation. A quote is just a number on paper until you accept it.
