This Privacy Policy explains how Globotronix LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit Globotronix.com, place an order, contact us, request support, subscribe to marketing, or otherwise interact with us.
Depending on your interaction, we may collect contact information; billing/shipping information; order and transaction details; account information; customer-support communications; business/resale/tax-exemption information; device/browser/IP and usage data; marketing preferences; fraud/security signals; and identity or verification information when reasonably required.
Our ecommerce operations may use Shopify and third-party payment processors, shipping/carrier services, fraud-prevention providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, email/SMS providers, customer-support/chat tools, and other service providers needed to operate the business. Payment card information may be processed directly by payment providers rather than stored in full by Globotronix.
We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and similar analytics/advertising technologies to understand website use, measure campaigns, personalize experiences, prevent fraud, and deliver/measure advertising where permitted.
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies for essential site functions, preferences, analytics, advertising, personalization, and fraud/security. Where required, we provide privacy/cookie choices and honor applicable opt-out rights, including Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally recognized.
We may use personal information to process/fulfill orders; communicate about orders; provide support; prevent fraud/abuse; verify identity/payment/business information; manage returns/warranty claims; calculate taxes; operate/improve the website; conduct analytics; send marketing where permitted; comply with legal obligations; enforce policies; and protect Globotronix, customers, and others.
Fraud/security tools may evaluate factors such as order value, IP address, billing/shipping information, payment information, device signals, transaction history, location indicators, and other fraud-risk signals. For selected transactions we may request a government-issued photo ID or other reasonable verification.
We may disclose information to service providers and partners that help operate our store, process payments, ship orders, prevent fraud, provide analytics/advertising, deliver communications, support customers, or comply with law. We may also disclose information in connection with legal requirements, business transactions, protection of rights/safety, or with your direction/consent.
Globotronix does not ordinarily sell personal information for money. However, some state privacy laws may define certain advertising or analytics disclosures through tools such as Google Ads or Meta Pixel as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Where applicable, eligible users may exercise opt-out rights through available privacy controls or by contacting us.
Where permitted, we may send promotional email or SMS communications. Marketing SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe mechanism and opt out of promotional SMS as instructed in the message. Transactional/service communications may still be sent where appropriate.
For international, wholesale, export, or sourcing transactions, we may collect and use information concerning the purchaser, business, payment ownership, consignee, ultimate consignee, destination, freight forwarder, end user, intended end use, and other information reasonably needed for sanctions, export-control, fraud, logistics, and compliance review.
Our business and service providers may process or store information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use appropriate mechanisms or rely on legally recognized bases available to us/service providers.
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including transaction records, legal/accounting obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, and business needs. Verification IDs/documents are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the verification/security purpose and applicable legal requirements, then securely deleted or disposed of according to our practices.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of internet transmission/storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Globotronix is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner prohibited by applicable law. If you believe a child provided personal information improperly, contact us.
Depending on your state/country and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising, or appeal certain privacy decisions. Rights are subject to eligibility, verification, and legal exceptions. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Eligible residents may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. Where required, Globotronix will provide mechanisms to exercise applicable rights, including opt-outs related to sale/sharing or targeted advertising, and will honor recognized universal opt-out mechanisms such as Global Privacy Control where legally required.
We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, export/sanctions obligations, tax/accounting obligations, fraud/security investigations, or to protect rights, property, and safety.
