The Four Conditions
What each condition actually means
Globotronix sells New, Open Box, Refurbished, and Used technology. The condition shown on the specific product listing is part of the product description. Product-specific disclosures take priority over this general guide.
NEW
Represented as new. “Factory Sealed” is used only when specifically stated. New does not automatically mean a full 365-day manufacturer warranty remains. Manufacturer warranty, if any, depends on manufacturer/product/serial/distribution terms.
OPEN BOX
Not factory-sealed New. The product may have been opened, inspected, handled, displayed, tested, returned, or removed from original packaging. It may appear like-new or near-new and may show minor handling signs. Open Box does not guarantee the original manufacturer box. Packaging may be original, opened/replacement manufacturer packaging, generic packaging, or protective shipping packaging. Absence of the original box does not by itself make a product Used or Refurbished.
REFURBISHED
A product that may have been previously owned, used, returned, or removed from new inventory and has been inspected, tested, repaired, restored, reconditioned, or otherwise prepared for resale as applicable. “Refurbished” does not necessarily mean manufacturer-refurbished unless expressly stated.
USED
Previously owned or used merchandise sold as functional as described. Normal cosmetic wear may be present, including marks, scratches, scuffs, or other signs of prior use consistent with the listing.

Accessories, chargers, and batteries
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Only items stated or reasonably shown as included on the product listing should be assumed included. Do not assume a stylus, dock, case, mouse, recovery media, manuals, extra cables, adapters, or original packaging unless stated.
CHARGERS & POWER ADAPTERS
If a charger/power adapter is included, it may be an original manufacturer unit, OEM-equivalent, or compatible replacement suitable for the product. An original manufacturer charger is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
BATTERIES
Rechargeable batteries are consumable. Battery health/runtime varies with age, cycles, storage, temperature, and prior use. Unless the listing expressly guarantees a minimum battery-health percentage, capacity, or runtime, no specific battery-health percentage or runtime should be assumed. Normal age-related reduction is not itself a hardware defect.
PRODUCT IMAGES
Images may be manufacturer, representative, or actual-unit photographs. Unless expressly identified as the actual unit, representative images may differ in cosmetic details, packaging, labels, accessories, or other non-material characteristics.
SPECIFICATIONS
Many model names are sold in multiple configurations. The specifications stated on the specific product listing control. Do not rely solely on a model family name. Usable storage is normally lower than advertised drive capacity because of measurement conventions, formatting, operating-system files, and recovery partitions.

DOMESTIC WARRANTY BY CONDITION
New: manufacturer warranty if any; no Globotronix Limited Warranty unless expressly stated. Open Box: 30-Day Globotronix Limited Warranty for eligible domestic U.S. retail purchases. Refurbished: 30-Day Globotronix Limited Warranty for eligible domestic U.S. retail purchases. Used: 30-Day Globotronix Limited Warranty for eligible domestic U.S. retail purchases.
INTERNATIONAL / EXPORT CONDITION ACCEPTANCE
International/export transactions do not receive the standard Globotronix Limited Warranty unless expressly agreed in writing. Products are AS-IS and Final Sale after agreed pre-shipment inspection, or after the buyer declines/waives available inspection and merchandise is released for export. International buyers should arrange inspection/testing before shipment by the buyer, authorized representative, freight forwarder, independent inspector, or another approved representative.

What does Open Box mean? +
The product is not factory-sealed New and may have been opened, inspected, handled, displayed, tested, returned, or removed from original packaging. Original manufacturer packaging is not guaranteed unless stated.
Does Refurbished mean manufacturer-refurbished? +
Not necessarily. If manufacturer-refurbished, the listing should specifically say so.
Do products include the original box? +
