Authorization isn't acceptance. Verification protects everyone.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A payment authorization, charge, or automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean Globotronix has finally accepted the order.
For wholesale, international, and customer-requested sourcing transactions, payment must originate from the actual approved purchaser — third-party payments are not accepted.
For wholesale, international, and sourcing transactions, a friend, relative, agent, or unrelated company may not pay on behalf of the approved purchaser unless a documented arrangement is expressly approved in writing.
Every order goes through checks.
Protecting you and us.
Never used to mislead.
No third-party payments on B2B.
Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout or stated in the applicable quotation/invoice. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers subject to their terms.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A payment authorization, charge, or automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean Globotronix has finally accepted the order. Orders remain subject to payment, inventory, pricing, fraud, verification, shipping, quantity, compliance, and other reasonable checks.
High-value or higher-risk transactions may require reasonable verification, including identity, billing/shipping information, business information, payment ownership, or a valid government-issued photo ID. Submit verification only through the method Globotronix specifies. Failure/refusal to satisfactorily verify may delay or cancel the order.
Globotronix may hold, decline, or cancel an order before shipment, to the extent lawful, for legitimate fraud-prevention, payment, verification, security, inventory, pricing, compliance, shipping, quantity-limit, or risk-management reasons. Globotronix will not decline/cancel for a prohibited reason. If Globotronix cancels after collecting payment and a refund is due, the amount is returned to the original payment method.
Banks/payment providers may place temporary authorization holds. Globotronix does not control how quickly a bank releases a pending hold after cancellation or adjustment.
Globotronix works to provide accurate pricing and product information. If a material pricing, specification, inventory, or listing error is discovered before shipment, Globotronix may contact the customer, offer corrected terms, or cancel/refund the affected order to the extent permitted by law. Errors are not used intentionally to mislead customers.
Reasonable purchase limits may apply by product, promotion, customer, payment method, or address. Attempts to circumvent disclosed limits may be reviewed. Unusually large retail orders may be directed to Wholesale/Bulk Sales.
Sales tax is collected where required. Tax-exempt/resale customers must provide valid documentation and complete any required verification before tax-exempt treatment is applied.
Contact Globotronix as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, or shipment has begun. Once shipped, the Returns & Refunds Policy generally governs.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Posting time is controlled by the customer's bank/payment provider.
Customers are encouraged to contact Globotronix first so we can attempt to resolve a problem. Nothing in this policy restricts legitimate rights with a card issuer or payment provider.
International, export, wholesale, and sourcing transactions may require enhanced verification, including purchaser identity/business, payment ownership, destination, consignee, ultimate consignee, end user, end use, freight forwarder, and other compliance information.
International availability does not guarantee transaction approval. Globotronix may decline, hold, or cancel a transaction if required information cannot be verified, payment does not meet transaction requirements, or the transaction presents legal/compliance/security risk.
For wholesale, international, and customer-requested sourcing transactions, payment must originate from the actual purchaser approved by Globotronix unless a legitimate parent/subsidiary/affiliate/trade-name/purchasing-agent arrangement is disclosed, documented, and approved. Third-party payments are not accepted for wholesale, international, or customer-requested sourcing transactions unless Globotronix expressly approves the documented arrangement in writing.
Payment acceptance does not override export-control, sanctions, restricted-party, destination, end-user, or end-use requirements. Globotronix may request additional compliance information before accepting or fulfilling an international transaction.
Quotes, invoices, purchase agreements, and other transaction-specific documents may include separate deposit, advance-payment, cancellation, inspection, shipping, return, warranty, or other commercial terms. Those terms control where expressly applicable.
Nothing in this policy eliminates or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Whether it's a verification request, a cancellation, or a pricing question, we'll follow up quickly.
