How a Globotronix quote is built
CUSTOMER-REQUESTED SOURCING
If you find a product elsewhere, you may send us the product link, manufacturer, model, specifications, condition, quantity, and destination. Globotronix may review available sourcing opportunities and provide its own quotation. A third-party supplier's advertised price is not Globotronix's selling price.
QUOTATIONS & PRICING
Globotronix's quoted selling price may incorporate acquisition cost, Globotronix profit margin, sourcing/service charges, procurement costs, freight, insurance, taxes, banking costs, handling, inspection, logistics, international/export costs, and other transaction-related expenses. Profit margin and/or sourcing charges may vary by order value, complexity, product, quantity, risk, destination, payment terms, supplier requirements, and other factors. No fixed margin or percentage is promised unless expressly agreed. Supplier identity, supplier cost, internal margin, and sourcing methods are confidential unless Globotronix agrees otherwise or disclosure is required by law.
AVAILABILITY
Quotes and sourcing discussions do not automatically reserve inventory. Third-party inventory and pricing may change before Globotronix completes the purchase. Inventory is reserved only when expressly confirmed.
VOLUME
Globotronix can consider requirements ranging from smaller business quantities to larger lots, including examples such as 10+, 50+, 100+, 500+, or 1,000+ units. These are examples, not guaranteed minimums or availability levels.
PRODUCT CONDITION & DOCUMENTATION
Products may be New, Open Box, Refurbished, or Used as stated in the applicable inventory offer, quotation, invoice, or transaction documentation. Product-specific condition, testing, accessories, battery, packaging, warranty, and other disclosures control.

Payment & Special Orders
The buyer and the payer must match
PAYMENT — ACTUAL PURCHASER
For wholesale, international, and customer-requested sourcing transactions, payment must originate from the actual purchaser approved by Globotronix. Third-party payments are not accepted unless a legitimate parent/subsidiary/affiliate/trade-name/purchasing-agent arrangement is disclosed, documented, reviewed, and expressly approved by Globotronix. Globotronix may verify buyer/business identity, payment ownership, authorized representatives, and other transaction information.
SPECIAL ORDERS / SOURCING
Customer-requested sourcing and special-order purchases may require deposits, advance payment, non-cancellable commitments, supplier-specific conditions, inspection procedures, delivery arrangements, or other transaction-specific terms. These will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, or other written transaction documentation.
International, Export & Compliance

International transactions are accepted only for products, purchasers, destinations, consignees, end users, and end uses Globotronix determines it may lawfully and commercially serve, subject to applicable EAR/BIS and OFAC requirements.
INTERNATIONAL / EXPORT ELIGIBILITY
International availability is subject to applicable U.S. export-control and sanctions laws, including applicable EAR/BIS and OFAC requirements, restricted-party screening, destination restrictions, end-user/end-use review, and other legal/compliance requirements.
INDEPENDENT COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Globotronix remains independently responsible for its own obligations under applicable U.S. law. The buyer is independently responsible for determining and complying with laws applicable to its purchase, import, receipt, possession, use, resale, transfer, distribution, or reexport in the destination and intended end use. Globotronix's willingness to source, quote, or discuss a product is not legal, customs, import, or export advice and does not mean the transaction has been finally approved.
COMPLIANCE INFORMATION
Globotronix may request information about the purchaser, business, payment ownership, authorized representatives, freight forwarder, consignee, ultimate consignee, final destination, end user, intended end use, and other information reasonably needed for compliance. Globotronix may independently review a transaction and decline, hold, or cancel where required information is incomplete, verification is unsatisfactory, authorization/license requirements cannot be satisfied, or the transaction presents unacceptable legal/compliance risk.
NO CIRCUMVENTION OR DIVERSION
Products may not be purchased, transferred, routed, reexported, diverted, or used to evade applicable export-control, sanctions, destination, end-user, or end-use restrictions.
CUSTOMS / IMPORT REQUIREMENTS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the international buyer is responsible for destination-country customs clearance, duties, taxes, import licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, product approvals, and other import requirements.
FREIGHT FORWARDERS
Use of a freight forwarder does not eliminate compliance requirements. Globotronix may review the forwarder, shipping route, consignee, ultimate consignee, final destination, end user, and end use.
International Sale Terms
AS-IS, Final Sale after export release
INTERNATIONAL / EXPORT SALES — AS-IS, FINAL SALE, NO GLOBOTRONIX WARRANTY
Unless Globotronix expressly agrees otherwise in writing for a specific transaction, products sold for international shipment/export outside the United States are AS-IS, Final Sale, and do not include the Globotronix Limited Warranty. The standard domestic 15-day retail return period and 30-Day Globotronix Limited Warranty do not apply to international/export transactions unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable quotation, invoice, or written agreement.
INSPECTION BEFORE EXPORT
International buyers are responsible for arranging desired inspection, testing, or verification before products are released for shipment/export. Subject to Globotronix approval and reasonable logistics, inspection may be conducted by the buyer, buyer's authorized representative, buyer's freight forwarder, an independent inspection company, or another approved representative. Depending on the transaction, inspection may include quantity, model, serial number, specifications, physical condition, basic functionality, packaging, or other agreed criteria. Inspection requirements must be communicated and agreed before shipment.
BUYER WAIVER / DECLINED INSPECTION
If the buyer chooses not to arrange available pre-shipment inspection, the buyer accepts the products for export based on the applicable quotation, invoice, inventory list, photographs, test information, condition disclosures, and other transaction documentation.
AFTER RELEASE FOR EXPORT
Once agreed inspection is completed, or the buyer waives/declines available inspection, and merchandise is released for international shipment/export, the transaction is considered accepted subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Globotronix does not provide a post-export return, exchange, repair, replacement, credit, or Globotronix Limited Warranty unless expressly agreed in writing for that transaction.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Manufacturer warranty, if any, is separate from Globotronix. Globotronix does not guarantee manufacturer warranty is valid, transferable, recognized, or serviceable outside the United States. International buyers should verify manufacturer eligibility/geographic coverage directly with the manufacturer before purchase if important.
Wholesale Terms & Representations
What controls a wholesale transaction
WHOLESALE RETURNS / WARRANTY / DOA TERMS
Domestic wholesale, bulk, reseller, sourcing, and commercial transactions do not automatically receive standard retail terms. Return, inspection, DOA, battery, warranty, cancellation, acceptance, shipping, and payment terms may be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, inventory offer, or other written transaction documentation and control where applicable.
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC REPRESENTATIONS
Nothing in these terms permits Globotronix to knowingly misrepresent product condition, quantity, or specifications. Specific written representations in the quotation, invoice, inventory list, or transaction agreement remain subject to applicable law and transaction terms.

Questions customers ask
Can you source literally anything I ask for? +
Not guaranteed. We review the source, product, destination, and compliance factors before committing, and may decline a request we don't consider appropriate.
Will you tell me what you pay your suppliers? +
No. Supplier pricing, identity, and our internal margin are confidential. Your purchase is based on the final Globotronix quote or invoice, not our cost.
Can someone else pay for my order? +
No. Payment must come from the approved buyer of record. We don't accept third-party payments on wholesale, international, or sourcing transactions unless expressly approved in writing.
Do you ship internationally? +
To eligible destinations, yes — subject to EAR/BIS, OFAC, and other compliance review. Availability isn't guaranteed for every country or product.
Do wholesale orders have the same return policy as retail? +
Not necessarily. Wholesale and sourcing transactions may have different return, warranty, and inspection terms, stated in your quotation or invoice.
